I met and began training with Jacob four years ago. I had worked with other trainers, but was repeatedly injured and never achieved my goals. Training with Jacob was going much better, but in April 2020 I suffered a perfect storm of health issues unrelated to Covid, but due to restrictions I was unable to access the health care I needed and became a virtual invalid.
When I was able to start working out with Jacob again, personal fitness took on a new meaning, instead of traditional goals, we focused on building up my strength, endurance and balance so that I could bathe myself, cook a simple meal, do a little housework, drive a car, and take short walks around the neighborhood without further injuring myself.
Now, because of Jacob, I am doing all of those things and more. What makes him such an effective trainer is that he's smart and he listens. He never stops learning and applying his knowledge to helping his clients. We work together as a team and I would say that that partnership is 95% of the reason why I'm doing as well as I am

Been training 1:1 with Jacob for about 2 years now. Hands down one of the best investments I’ve made in myself. I’ve had some awesome personal trainers before, and Jacob is at the top. His experience, positivity, and sessions focused on my personal fitness goals have made a huge difference in both my strength and overall body condition. Jacob is an amazing trainer! I have a lot of fun with him and he helps me stay accountable every week to meet my specific goals.
I have been working with him over the past 8 months, twice a week and I have consistently gained muscle and lost weight. My recent InBody scan from June showed I had dropped almost 13 lbs, decreased my body fat percentage by 7.2% and increased my skeletal muscle mass by 2 lbs. I am super pleased with my progress as I am noticing changes in my body. I also feel really great too and healthier than ever.
