Jacob delivers a true person focused approach to anybody wanting to reach their health and fitness goals. The initial session is used to get to know your objectives, motivations, background, including likes and dislikes as it applies to fitness, as well as a movement assessment to begin finding the exercises that are right for you. Based on those exercises and your goals, Jacob will begin guiding you through a program designed to increase your overall strength as well as improve range of motion and technical proficiency - you'll learn how to target each muscle group with exercise variations that work the best for your particular biomechanics and ability.
In addition to personalized coaching each session, Jacob will help you navigate the incorporation of positive habits that will lead to long term success: daily activity levels, exercise schedules, and healthy eating. No diet tricks or hacks here, Jacob advocates for a balanced, whole foods approach to eating, sustainable exercise routine and compounding small changes for long term results. Ready for results?
